Clothing Return Policy



Returns


We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible clothing items.


To qualify for a return, items must be:


  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage



Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.




Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned:


  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, or altered clothing
  • Items without original tags





Exchanges


If you need a different size, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired size to ensure availability.




Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.


If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Original shipping costs are non-refundable.




Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.




Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
